Mountain tea with cinamon
A cup of mountain tea instead of coffee is a very good choice for your evening beverage. Mountain tea will relax you and at the same time it will stimulate youρ immune system with the antioxidants it consists.
Boil some water and pour it into your teapot or your cup where you will put the appropriate amount of tea. Add a bit of cinamon, that gives a very nice aroma and a sweet taste. Close your teapot or your cup with a small plate, leave closed for 5-10 minutes and it is ready to enjoy.
Mixure of herbs for cold relief
The basis of our beverage is the Mountain Tea. Add half a portion of St. Johns' Wort, one pinch of thyme, one pinch of pepermint and two or three sage leaves for each cup of tea. Boil some water and add the above herbs to a saucepan, pour the water into the saucepan, cover it and let the herbs extract their oils and flavors for about 5 minutes.
